HREC Investment Advisors is pleased to announce it arranged the sale of the 296-room Marriott San Antonio Northwest located in San Antonio, Texas. Mid-Continent Hospitality will manage the hotel.

HREC Investment Advisors exclusively represented the seller during the transaction. The marketing, negotiations and final sale were led by Mike Armstrong, Principal in the San Diego office, and Arnold Armstrong, an affiliate broker in Texas.

Mike Armstrong stated, “The Marriott received significant investor interest due to the dynamic San Antonio market, premium brand, and strong operational performance. The hotel recently completed a multi-million-dollar value-enhancement project and is well-positioned to drive revenues and increase cash flow.” Armstrong continues, “San Antonio continues to be an active hotel investment market as evidenced by several recent full-service hotel transactions including the Airport Doubletree that we just sold as well."

The Hotel benefits from an ideal location proximate to the interchange of Highway I-10 and Interstate 410. The Property offers excellent curb appeal and enjoys excellent highway visibility. The Hotel is strategically located a short drive from a diverse array of leisure, corporate, medical, and military demand generators.
